Eucalyptus, the main essential oil in this blend, is known to help combat the effects of cold and flu.  Lemongrass is an excellent anti-depressant, fortifies the nervous system and is also helpful for soothing muscular nerves and pain. Rosemary is stimulating while pine acts as a decongestant.
